Positive: Location is great if you're going to June Mountain ski area or any of the lakes (June, Gull, Grant). This b&b was not fancy. Quite basic, but comfortably slept 3 people. (my young son's friend slept on the couch)
Negative: Slightly lack of amenities in the kitchen (no salt, cooking oil or spray, or sugar). Only 1 bathroom located in the bedroom, but we knew that upon booking.
