Positive: We liked the apartment overall, clean and spacious, and well located. There was some street noise, but it did not bother us.

Negative: We could not use Xfinity--it required a parental code which we did not have. Vacasa, the management company, claims to provide 24/7 support, but we could not reach them on the phone. They contacted us the following day but could not locate our reservation, so for several days we wasted time going back and forth with no results. We were extremely disappointed with their services--avoid Vacasa if you can.
