by renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following rules:
(all rules are strictly enforced)
1) All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items. 3.) There is parking for one cars in front of cottage.
5) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults.
6) Pets are permitted with Pet fee. Max 2 pets not over 50lbs each. Pets must be on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at anytime. Repetitive barking will lead to early departure of guest without refund. You must pick up after your pet. If a pet if found on property without Permission and payment of pet fee it will be a $1500 fine.
7) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9) Grills are to be cleaned after each use.
10) We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm nightly per the local ordinance. This is also important because the Room is attached to another room so you must be considerate and aware there is an attached Room.
11) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12) All common area at the motel is for the use of current guests of the hotel only. Common area can only be utilized for guests whom are currently staying at the motel.
13) No fireworks.

If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property.
