We like to give our guests all the space and privacy they need. At the same time being on call for any and all questions or requests by text, phone, or email. Our home is set up for self-check-in with a personal code provided for your stay. This is a main floor suite and the hosts live in the lower level. Both levels are completely separated and private with no shared areas. Access is private for both levels at opposite ends of the home. We are available to contact through Airbnb at any point during your stay. From time to time you may run into us outside maintaining the lawn, watering flowers, shovelling snow from walkways and deck etc.

We maintain a smoke-free, vape-free, and drug-free environment inside. Feel free to enjoy designated smoking areas outside. Any suspicion of smoking indoors may lead to immediate booking cancellation without refund and a $500 remediation fee.

PET-FREE ENVIRONMENT
We're unable to accommodate pets. We're considerate of all our guests, including those with allergies and some live plants are best kept out of reach. If an animal is suspected, a $300 remediation fee will apply, along with immediate reservation cancellation without refund.

TIMELY ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES
Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. Our home's size calls for efficient cleaning. We appreciate your punctuality. Any delays encountered will be subject to a $50 fee for every 30min delay to cover additional cleaner fees. Late check-out may be possible from time to time if notified with a written request at least 48hrs prior to check-out date.

CARE FOR OUR SPACE
We've taken care to create a warm environment, and we hope you'll do the same. Notify us of any unintended damage so we can promptly address it. Guests are responsible for covering any costs of repairs or replacements resulting from excessive damage or missing items. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
