We like to give our guests all the space and privacy they need. At the same time being on call for any and all questions or requests by text, phone, or email. Our home is set up for self-check-in with a personal code provided for your stay. This is a main floor suite and the hosts live in the lower level. Both levels are completely separated and private with no shared areas. Access is private for both levels at opposite ends of the home. We are available to contact through Airbnb at any point during your stay. From time to time you may run into us outside maintaining the lawn, watering flowers, shovelling snow from walkways and deck etc.

from watering or tampering with them, and keep

👶 Traveling with Little Ones

Families with young children are warmly welcomed!
While our home isn't childproof, your child's safety
is paramount. Please note potential falling hazards
from front entrance rails, stairway and the deck.
Decor items and live plants can also pose risks if
ingested. For your convenience, we offer a pack
and play travel crib, high chair, and children's
dining-ware. However, please bring your child's
bedding for the crib. Ensure your child's safety by
closely supervising them. Let us know during
booking to arrange these essentials.Your child's
well-being matters deeply. If you have safety
concerns or questions, we're here to assist.

For stays over 20 days, maintenance cleaning is
arranged every 14-20 days for your comfort.

CELEBRATE RESPONSIBLY
While we encourage a good time, please note that we have a policy against parties, events, and large gatherings. Your peaceful stay is vital to us and our neighbours. Any violation may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $500 fee. Guests can not host additional people without prior approval from host.

EMBRACE QUIET HOURS
Between 10pm and 7am, we kindly ask that you help maintain a peaceful atmosphere. While we welcome the joy of friends, family, and playful little ones, please be considerate of our neighbours during these hours. Normal noise levels, including conversations and laughter, are absolutely fine. We also kindly ask that you refrain from accessing the deck area to preserve our neighbours' peace. There is no backyard access.

SMOKE-FREE HAVEN
We maintain a smoke-free, vape-free, and drug-free environment inside. Feel free to enjoy designated smoking areas outside. Any suspicion of smoking indoors may lead to immediate booking cancellation without refund and a $500 remediation fee.

PET-FREE ENVIRONMENT
We're unable to accommodate pets. We're considerate of all our guests, including those with allergies and some live plants are best kept out of reach. If an animal is suspected, a $300 remediation fee will apply, along with immediate reservation cancellation without refund.

TIMELY ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES
Check-in is at 4pm, and check-out is at 11am. Our home's size calls for efficient cleaning. We appreciate your punctuality. Any delays encountered will be subject to a $50 fee for every 30min delay to cover additional cleaner fees. Late check-out may be possible from time to time if notified with a written request at least 48hrs prior to check-out date.

CARE FOR OUR SPACE
We've taken care to create a warm environment, and we hope you'll do the same. Notify us of any unintended damage so we can promptly address it. Guests are responsible for covering any costs of repairs or replacements resulting from excessive damage or missing items. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

PLANT LOVE & CARE
Our green friends thrive on our regular schedule. Please refrain from watering or tampering with them. For extended stays, we may occasionally arrange maintenance in advance to keep them thriving. Please be sure to leave all curtains and blinds open during the day to ensure our plants receive much needed sunshine.
