Relax in this peaceful space with a cozy fireplace minutes from downtown Durango. The newly remodeled apartment has a lux vibe in a compact and loft style layout. Kick your feet up after an adventure on the surrounding trails or after a day of skiing. This apartment has all the amenities to make your stay easy and relaxing so you can enjoy your adventures in the San Juan Mountains. The apartment is located above the garage on a 10 acres property with other units on it. Furry friends welcome.
the space is a loft style, a-frame design that has a room upstairs with a queen bed and kids play/reading nook There is a 45" TV, sitting area, dedicated workspace, and a balcony. The balcony has butte views and a hammock chair to relax in while enjoying your morning coffee. The small but mighty kitchen is sure to delight the chef with it's quaint dining area that is open to the living room. The living room has a cozy couch to watch the 55" TV. There is a full size Murphy bed in the living room for additional guests or the kids. The modern bathroom is freshly renovated and has a shower/bathtub combo. There is a closet with washer and dryer along with small kitchen appliances, safety items, additional dining chairs and bedding for the Murphy bed. The apartment is approximately 701 sq ft.
there is a large parking lot located right off the paved road (207) to park The parking lot that can accommodate larger vehicles and trailers. Please let us know if you do have a larger vehicle or trailer you will be bringing.
