• heating requests: contact the host to request pool or spa heating
• guests are responsible for any damage caused to the pool, spa, or outdoor features during their stay This includes, but is not limited to, damage to pool equipment, umbrellas, awnings, furniture, or landscaping. A penalty of no less than $100 and up to $1,000 will be assessed based on the severity of the damage.
