this gorgeous 3,400 sq ft. custom home is tucked away at the end of a private drive, great for that Alaskan adventure, or a homebase for a family event.

the house has a built-in sound system with bluetooth and sonos LED lit agate countertop. The Master suite includes a California King and an air jetted tub. Two of the 3 bathrooms have double sinks to help get families outbthe door together! Our property has a large, manicured lawn surrounded by woods, so you feel like you have lots of privacy, yet it is only a short 5-minute drive from downtown Palmer and many attractions nearby. Our hammock, patio, firepit, and playset will make a family want to just hangout around the house all day long. The house also has an incredible surround sound system throughout the main living area of the house and a separate sound system for the master suite. The lighting is also quite versatile, with dimmer switches, undermount lighting in kitchen, motion sensor lights in walkways, and blackout blinds and curtains in bedrooms.
