Most bedrooms have flat screen smart TV's - (no cable - just smart features) and the entire unit features local photographs of the Balboa community. The layout is spacious yet provides privacy as multi levels lead you to all areas of the unit. If you like to entertain, you'll love to prepare your dishes in the spectacular kitchen and enjoy the meal in the amazing sunken dining room. And on those hot summer days, you can cool down with the AC and on cooler summer nights, sit by the gorgeous fireplace in the living room. And should you have to wash some bathing suits and towels, there is a private laundry area inside the unit. The patio is a beautiful extension of the home with sweeping views and access to the fire pits out on the sand....a Balboa tradition! We do not provide certain cooking items including salt, pepper, cooking oil, etc. as well as specialty cookware.
