the property is close to train tracks which can cause noise during the night This is typical for ALL Tower District Properties. We have equipped each room with white noise makers. Disposable ear plugs can be supplied upon request. The windows are also new double pane.

the laundry room may be accessed by our cleaner when the back unit is being cleaned This area is in the back of the house, separated from the main living areas, and has a separate entrance to not disturb your stay. We will also notify you if this is needed.
parking is in the driveway as well as free street parking The driveway is on the right side of the property and there is a garage for 1 covered parking spot. You can also fit 1 more car in the actual driveway. The garage has 4" lip downward when entering so please be cautious when driving out of it. Driveway or street parking is highly recommended for cars close to the ground.
