the house was built for entertaining with a commercial kitchen great for dinner parties, a 1000l commercial drinks fridge, 3 large outdoor decked areas and a double bbq
there is netflix and stan on a 65" tv and strong wifi across the whole property
this property offers stunning water views over the hawkesbury river and mountain ranges
this property is fully fenced and suitable for small dogs Larger dogs are able to jump over the 0.7m high fences and get out onto the road or into the bush..

Summary: An open-plan, sun-lit house, with ample space for large groups. Our teens and 18+ kids enjoyed to fooz ball and snooker table. We brought our own food and geoceries cause there aren't any stores nearby. Having free access to Netflix and other apps on the TV was great, and loved the Anchor restaurant right at the door of the property. Thank you, Sim, for being so responsive before and during our trip and helping us out when we got stuck with a few things. All in all, it was a really nice place to stay!
