Enjoy the spacious living room with plenty of seating and a large flat screen smart TV. This gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliance and is fully stocked with both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. There is more room on the wet bar featuring a sink and a wine fridge! Dining is a pleasure with seating for 8 at the table and 5 at the large bar. The oversized balcony has room for the entire family, and you will never get tired of soaking in the water views! Our laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, along with a wash sink. Cable and Wi-Fi are complimentary.
