Positive: Good location on the hillside, near supermarkets and restaurants, beautiful views, giant Smart TV, excellent Wifi, garage parking, large refrigerator, nice modern building with elevator and marble hallways, large balcony
Negative: Lingering cigarette smoke smell inside, despite being a non-smoking property. Ashtray on patio indicates smoking is tolerated. Small hot water tank allows for only 1 shower before running out No screens on windows or patio doors to keep flies out
