the house is comfortable and perfect for families On the main level of the home you will find a living room, large dining room (8 pp) and an open kitchen with a breakfast nook. 1 ½ bathrooms are also on this level. French doors from the living room open onto a covered patio, pool and BBQ.
upstairs features 3 bedrooms that have a/c, includes the master suite which as a private balcony and bathroom A shared bathroom is accessible for the other bedrooms. There is also a small Alcove with bunk-beds with A/C.

our home is centrally located, only a few blocks to playa madeira beach, a 20 minute walk to the beautiful playa la ropa and 15 minutes to the central market in the downtown area One hundred yards from the house there is a corner food market where you can find any grocery you need, from fresh baked bread to ice cold beer. Two blocks away there is a pharmacy.
