Positive: Location: 9/10 (close enough to the airport to walk on foot if needed and far enough that you don't hear planes, a few minutes on foot from the shopping center, and port of Olbia) Cleanliness: 10/10 (truly immaculate) Facilities: 10/10 (everything you need + more) Comfort: 10/10 (bed, chairs, and living space are all very comfortable, AC worked very well) Host: 10+/10 (Alessandra was incredibly helpful, kind, and accommodating. Our flight was delayed several times and she was very understanding and even helped us reach the apartment when we were dead tired. She gave us plenty of travel tips too. Wonderful person to meet and to do business with) Security: 10/10 (very decent area, safer than downtown Olbia, enclosed gate + 2 doors to the house, first floor up a flight of stairs) My wife is Italian and I've been renting Italian apartments/B&B's for over 10 years throughout the country. This has been the easiest and most pleasant stay I've ever experienced. I've never left a 10 rating until now. If you're going to Olbia and need a place near the airport, look no further. Simple as that.

Negative: We wish we stayed a few more nights (our mistake).
