Positive: Excellent facilities, regular cleaning, great communication from manager. Pool is excellent, there is grill house and plenty of sitting space to enjoy throughout the day. There is a beach close by with very little people and some sandy shore. Another beach is accessible behind rocks with more sand (and people) and hosting restaurant with good Greek food and amazing sunset views. Great place if you like nature and quiet place as opposed to village and lots of tourists. However there are no other restaurants or stores in walking distance so you need a car to go anywhere. There are stores and restaurants 15 mins drive. Everything in villa is good quality and worked as expected. Good air conditioning around house, no problems with internet, Bluetooth speaker, smart TVs everywhere, coffee machines and dishwashers in kitchens and separately in grill house. Comfortables beds, safe boxes, everything you may need. A family of adorable cats were living by the fence of the property and my kids loved to feed them as they were visiting the patio everyday. We had really good time at the villa!
Negative: While villa was great the value for money was on the low end. You can get villas like that around Mediterranean (or better in Asia) for half the price. We were late to book other places and it was one of few that met our needs but I don’t think price was justified. Note the area around villa is full of bees, mosquitos and ants. House has some protection but … We were removing 50+ bees per day from this world. You have been warned ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
