Positive: Good location, views of lake and mountain are amazing.However be prepared to drive up the curvy mountain road to Apartment .Not walkable to town The sofa bed in lounge is comfortable The coffee machine and fridge with water/ ice feature is a Welcome treat
Negative: The bedroom is small with no AC, it gets very hot and uncomfortable. No fans in Bedroom. The lounge has Ac with sofa bed but is small and doesn't cope given size of room with open plan kitchen/ Diner. There is no microwave in kitchen,however has rest of appliances in Good working condition . There are no waste bins outside house, you have to take rubbish to nearest eco center 7-8 minutes walk down the slope.
