Positive: Location is great - just a few steps from the beach. it is however a unsavoury street to walk through to get to the property. It was great to see the owners had left coffee for us to have. made the morning routine of waking that much easier.

Negative: Everything was according to the description. however there was a leak under the bathroom sink and we had to mop everytime with used it.

Summary: practical, nothing fancy, does the job
