Summary: I paid for two people, so that I can have breakfast with my Friend, and they did not honor that. They completely blew me off, and said I had to stay there. It is absolutely not logical. I paid more money per night, I am not wasting their water, power, toiletries, etc.. All I wanted, was The Breakfast, which I wasn’t even gonna use the whole time I was there. I’ve been a customer for years. We have spent thousands of dollars in this hotels chain. Absolutely ridiculous. I normally have a pleasant time at but this time, It was unacceptable.
