removed from the street by the length of a spacious, 3-car garage, the house sports a big patio surrounded by (and connected with) the living room, dining room, and master bedroom The patio sports a pool, bbq grill, an outdoor dining room, and a hammock and rocking chairs.
there is also a sun area on a raised dais, that overlooks the patio area Stocked with plush cushions, it is an excellent place to sunbathe sipping a cool drink or take an afternoon siesta.

guests have access to all areas of the house, which include the bedrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor patio and garage, and laundry room with a washer and drier There are air conditioning units in every room of the house.

the neighborhood overall is very quiet The seaside promenade is about a minute’s walk from the house.
only a block away is our favorite breakfast place, maría california Within the same radius are two great restaurants: La Casita, an excellent place with tasty salads and entrees and a nice patio bar, and Dulce Romero, a hip, organic sandwich shop and bakery. There is also a great butcher shop nearby where you can buy excellent meats in case you want to have a cookout.
