Positive: This is an absolute gem of a place in Ventimiglia’s Old Town - which itself is a hidden gem with its myriad of narrow streets. The apartment is located on the first floor with wide, shallow steps leading up, so was fine for the member of our party with mobility issues. And the apartment itself is very spacious. Just literally outside the apartment front door is a small piazza with stunning views overlooking the Superyacht marina (Cala del Forte) and the Mediterranean, where you can just sit and enjoy. There are also two restaurants in the piazza. Taxis can access the area. There’s also a quick walking route into town via the lift at the bottom of the road. The owner, Delia, was so incredibly helpful and shared lots of interesting information about the history of the apartment and the locals. This is actually our second stay in the apartment and we definitely hope to be back!
