Positive: The property was clean and beautifully kept. all the basic things (toilet paper, kitchen towels, sugar, oil, hand soap, shampoo etc) were available. Parking in front of the entrance. Location wise is great, short walk to the restaurants and supermarket, and walking distance to the beach (10 min to Tia Antonia and 15 to Mar Serena). Quiet residential area, swimming pool is well kept although it would do better with more shade.
Negative: Nothing, it was brilliant. Maybe some shade in the solarium
