Positive: Good location to quickly reach several beautiful beaches. Attentive and friendly hostess. Clean and working shower and toilet, well-furnished apartment. Nice little things from the hostess upon arrival - juice, water, toilet paper. Clean pool, not overcrowded with people, and well-kept territory. Fully equipped kitchen, everything is there, new appliances including a washing machine, electric oven, microwave, and two different coffee makers.
Negative: Hard mattresses in both bedrooms, a short and narrow bed in the master bedroom. There is no condensate drain from the air conditioner to the outside in the living room. Water just drips from the air conditioner onto the floor, and the baseboard underneath is already moldy. Lots of little ants in the apartment, which will eat any food you leave unsealed or not in the refrigerator. Wasps fly into the apartment several times a day if you open the windows. Not related to this apartment, but the structure of the island's roads is simply dangerous for driving. The roads are so narrow that cars can barely pass each other in places, and head-on collisions are common.
