this professionally decorated, newly renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view corner unit is located on the 1st floor No stairs or elevators, walk right out the sliding glass door from either the living room or the master bedroom into the courtyard/pool/beach. The unit is very well lit and bright, with a 50” Samsung Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player with an extensive DVD collection, cable TV, as well as board games, dominoes and cards for your enjoyment. There is high speed Wi-Fi in the unit for all of your smart devices. The living room has a comfortable couch, 2 chairs and a ceiling fan. The fully equipped kitchen has new cupboards, granite counter tops, microwave, ice maker, disposal, dish drying rack, Keurig coffee maker, large 12 cup coffee maker, blender, crock pot, Tervis cups, a full set of plastic and glass wine glasses, can koozies, BBQ utensils for outdoor grilling, electric can opener and plenty of cookware. This unit does NOT have a dishwasher. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a 32” TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock, sound machine and large mirrored closet. The master bath has granite counter tops, a magnifying wall mirror, raised toilet, hair dryer and walk in shower with glass doors and a corner seat. The 2nd bedroom has a full-size bed, a twin size bed, sound machine, ceiling fan, alarm clock and a mirrored closet with an ironing board and iron. There are beach chairs, umbrella, 2 coolers, pickle ball rackets and tennis rackets for your use. The 2nd bathroom has granite counter tops, raised toilet, hair dryer and a bath tub with glass doors. The patio has 2 cushioned chairs and a table. Washer and dryer are onsite but not in unit.
