Welcome to Tampa Bay! The home is central to everything Tampa Bay and is 1 hour 20 minutes from Orlando. This home includes a three guest rooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a living and a family room, kitchen, dining room, bar, and a backyard lanai with a large pool area.
it is in a quiet suburban neighborhood, about 40 minutes from downtown tampa, clearwater, and st Petersburg.
there are two bedrooms, 15 baths, a family and living room, kitchen, dining room, and wet bar. One guest room is decorated with a beach theme and opens to the heated pool and lanai. The other has a safari theme. There is a full bath located between the bedrooms. There is a half-bath near the bar.
