Positive: The host was wonderful. Was able to reach easily and checked with me a few times to make sure that there wasn't anything I needed and that everything was going well, very accommodating with check-in and check out times. Highly recommend. We were about a mile from Iconsiam, about 2 miles from Riverside Plaza, 1/2 mile from Senafest and about 5 miles from the Antiqueasia (the pier). There's a street market where you turn to get to the condo (about 100 yards). We loved walking there in the mornings to buy fresh fruit and food. There's also 2, 7 Elevens right there as well. One is across the street, and there's an elevated crosswalk, so you don't have to run across the street. It's easy to get a taxi (we used the Grab app similiar to USA uber/lyft apps - make sure to put Chapter Riverside in the directions ) and fairly cheap to use go to Chinatown and MBK shopping plaza and to order food/ groceries (trips were about $3- $4, depending on time of day and vehicle selected). The security at the condo is top-notch. Staff was helpful and polite. There's no daily housekeeping as it's a condo and not a hotel. However, that's what we liked and wanted. There's no safe, but it's not necessary since no one can access your room. My mom accidently left her purse on the bed when we went to visit her brother in another town for 2 days, and it was exactly where we left it with nothing missing. You can only access the elevators with a facial scan and can only access the floor with a fingerprint scan, and there's security checking the cars coming and going. We never had an issue. There's a pool and gym in the next building and you can watch the river. Our balcony has a great view of the river, and you can see the pier and watch the boats at night. It was beautiful with the lights. There's 2 vending machines in the next building as well. We would definitely stay here again.
