fully fenced side and back yards Dog friendly home. However we do not represent that the yard is dog proof. An enterprising dog may find a way out along where the old brick walkway meets the decking. We do not recommend leaving dogs in the yard unattended. Also like many neighborhoods in Austin you will see neighborhood chickens and cats in the neighborhood and sometimes in the yard. there is a possibility for construction noise in the area as austin is undergoing a construction boom really there is no part of austin that isn't impacted

this cottage has brand new central air but during very hot periods such as when the temperature is over 100 the cottage will not cool into the 60s during the heat of the day If this is your expectation please do not book this property. A temp of around 72 in the daytime if heats are over 100 is a more realistic expectation.
