Summary: The house did what we needed it to do for our stay. We wanted a home nearish to Lake Mead that allowed a dog and if it had boat parking (which this did) that was a plus.We had a hiccup with the house the first night, but the host made it right.The house is laid out well for a rental, it has a nice open floor plan between the kitchen, family and dining room areas, a dog door, back yard for our dog to go out to ane even pet waste bags.There are 3 bedrooms, with the master having an additional room off the back with 2 single beds and laundry.They had snacks, bottled water and coffee in the rental, which was nice.The couches were comfy, lots of smart TVs in all areas and they all allowed screen sharing from our phones.For the WiFi, you will need to manually enter in the password, because if you try to cut and paste it from your phone app, then it won't work.We only had 4 people total, spread across the 3 main bedrooms. If we had any additional people that needed to stay in the room off the master, then they would have been miserable. The ceiling is low, there is no type of air circulation, no AC and no fans in that room. If running the washer/dryer then it would have gotten even warmer too. When it is well into the triple digits, that just wouldn't work.
