Travel Purpose: business
Positive: The host is a lovely, kind man. The house is large, and has a lot of potential. The fireplace is nice for cold weather. We are here in December, in very cold weather. With some more work, this will be a wonderful place to stay.
Negative: The house was too cold, and there were not enough safe heaters to run overnight. There was no hot water. The kitchen was very dirty, and we couldn't find a kettle to even make tea. I think the host is doing a good job of improving the house, but a lot more work is needed to be good for guests. It will probably be good in a few more weeks.
