Since we might have guests staying next door, please try to minimize the noise. We provide keyless entry, and entry code will be provided to you prior to arrival. We provide parking on the driveway (up to 2 cars side by side on the driveway and 2 back to back in front of the door).

6 Quiet hour: 11PM to 6AM. Do not toss trash or cigarette butts to our neighbors’ property. Do not do anything that will disturb our neighbors or they might call the police and you will receive a citation from the police (This happened before. True story). Try not to use washing machine or dryer at quiet hour.
7 Keep the house clean and don’t eat or drink in the bedroom. If anything is damaged or the stain can’t be clean, you will be charged the amount to fix it or the cost of replacement.
