location-wise, our home makes for a great home base for hiking in cape breton national park, touring the cabot trail or golfing at nearby le portage or cabot cliffs, which is just 30 minutes away to the south

1 HOUSE RULES: No pets, parties, events, smoking, fires or cooking fish, shellfish or other strong-odor foods indoors is permitted. Quiet time begins at 10 pm.
2 age restriction: for safety and other reasons, children must be 8 years or older to stay
3 HOME SHARING -- We are happy to host a family of up to 6 guests or 2 couples, but the property may not be shared by more than 4 adults without manager approval. Extra guest fees apply for 5th and 6th guest.
4 GUEST SAFETY / RISKS - Guests agree to be responsible for their own safety near the cliff as a fall could result in serious injury or death.
5 EV CHARGING - The unit has a 240 Volt, 50-amp outlet for EV charging, but guests should bring their own charging cable and adapter (NEMA 14-50 / RV plug). See photo in gallery. Charging fees apply.
