our property consists of just under 5 acres of land stretching from the queen's highway to the cliffs overlooking the beautiful turquoise waters of exuma sound While bush, cactus, palmettos, and rocks line most of the cliff's edge, there is no actual fence or wall. There is an 80 foot straight drop from the cliff to the ocean below. For this reason, children under 18 will not be permitted on the property. All renters must be at least 25 years of age. Because of our clifftop location, there is no direct access to the water from our property. The famous Surfer's Beach is the closet beach to the bungalow located just under 2 miles south. Gaulding Cay Beach is about 3.5 miles north.
