Summary: This house we rented because of the pickleball court and pool. My teen boys had a blast playing. Pool was very nice. Yard could definitely use some foliage and plants. Very bare bones, but house is super cute. The neighborhood is very mixed. The street is not great until you get close to the house then there are nicer homes. We walked every morning to check out the neighborhood. There is a very strong odor of sulfur in the yard and i think it is coming from the water treatment facility behind the house. The front chair was broken on porch and i fell and got huge bruises the first night but i told the manager, also they did not tell us do NOT turn the knob lock on front door we got locked out! Must only use keypad to lock/unlock by hitting the check mark when leaving. All in all a great stay and would recommend. Not within walking distance to downtown, must drive pretty much everywhere but St. Augustine is amazing place. Restaurants are all excellent! Especially Sunset Grille and Mango Mango. MUST have 4WD to drive on beach and hard to find parkling. Beautiful beach.
