Summary: This studio apartment is close to the old town, and close to a grocery store, it's location is perfect. It's quiet and the kitchen is fully equipped. It looks like it was recently renovated, and everything worked perfectly. The only difficulty is that there is no parking, we had to park in a public parking a couple of blocks away.
