The pool and patio are shared, with pool access available November to April. Not suitable for children or pets.

outdoor patio and pool: a shared backyard oasis! the paved patio has comfortable seating, a hanging swing chair, and a fire pit The highlight is the shared swimming pool, which is open seasonally from November to April. Access to this area is locked during the other months.
by car: the property is easily accessible by car, with on-site parking available It's a quick drive to the Mandurah city center and surrounding attractions.
by public transport: a local bus stop is within walking distance, providing access to mandurah's public transport network
by foot or bicycle: the area is flat and pedestrian-friendly, with pathways leading to the beach and nearby parks Exploring on foot or by bike is a great way to experience the local area at a leisurely pace.
