Positive: Great location steps from beach. Lovely shady garden and pool, with beautiful flowers that attracted tons of birds from the area. Friendly/helpful but non-intrusive owner. We stayed in the Queen Suite with 2BR. It's huge, comfy beds, comfy couch. great AC, good bathroom with hot (not tepid) water. Opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden with a nice wooden table.

Negative: Minimal kitchenware. One thing to know is that the walls b/w the living/room kitchen area are not full height and there are no doors b/w the spaces. So you get visual but not audio separation.
