Cocoanut Bahay is less than 1 mile from downtown Sarasota and Bayfront Park. 2 miles to Lido/Longboat Key, 3.5 miles to Siesta Key (America's #1 Beach). ​

The home is a sea shell's throw away from the Sarasota Orchestra, downtown SRQ, and ample restaurants/nightlife.
The space
Our Bahay is a renovated 3 bedroom/1 bathroom private home.

Enjoy the sunshine on the front porch or sleep well on one of our 4 new beds. There is an outside camera to monitor the safety of our guests and home. Relax and enjoy free HD cable/Wifi on the new flat screen smart TV's (55 inch/43 inch).

Air conditioning throughout to keep you comfortable after a day at the beach. New dishwasher, microwave, oven, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

Complimentary beach towels, cooler, and chairs are provided to make for an easy trip to the beach. ​Complimentary amenities may be subject to change based on availability.

Please note that there is an outdoor perimeter camera system for the safety of our guests and the residence.

Guest access
Full private access to front porch, 3 bedroom/1 bath private living area, kitchen, yard, and driveway. Driveway holds 2-3 cars, plus ample street parking.

Located on a quiet side street but walking distance to main access road with nearby restaurants/shops.

*We abide by all Sarasota rental rules and regulations. One of which is a 7 day/7 night minimum rental period. Please message us for further details as we strive to work with each guest to appropriately accommodate your individual stays.*

Smoking is permitted on the front porch and in the backyard but not within the house.
We do not allow large or noisy parties.
No pets are allowed.

Our cleaners are on a very tight schedule due to increased Covid-19 cleaning demands.
