Positive: The kitchen is convenient and well-equipped, with enough utensils and plates, cookware, a kettle, and a coffee machine. The mattresses are comfortable, and the shower is clean, with no mold or buildup. Overall, everything is clean.

Negative: Yes, there are some areas that need repair. In one of the rooms, a cabinet door is not properly attached. In the room with the bed, the TV cable does not reach the power outlet. It would be nice to have some tea and coffee available for the number of guests, at least for the first evening, since after arrival there’s usually no desire to go straight to the store.
