Summary: ****I do not recommend staying here to anyone & I would never stay here again myself.**** The facilities of this hotel were VERY DIRTY. The reviews saying otherwise aren’t true. You can tell the grounds haven’t been cleaned for a long time. There are people actually living in the hotel. There was a roach on my daughter’s purse and her purse was kept on the bed all night. There were six of us in the two-room family suite & they only gave us THREE towels. No washcloths or hand towels. Toilets were working but old & rickety. Even the curtains were hung haphazardly & the a/c blew out smelly air like the filters hadn’t been changed in ages. There was hair inside at the bottom of the mini fridge. When I went to get more towels from the office at 5:30am, no one answered the bell at the night counter (even though it’s supposed to be 24 hours). The ONLY good thing abt this hotel is that it’s directly across the street from Knotts Berry Farm. That fact does NOT make staying at this hotel worth it. Definitely 1 out of 5 stars.
