Positive: Location. Outside space and comfortable seating and sleeping accommodation. and Francesca was very helpful.

Negative: Directions - Not very clear if it had just said behind the large green gates it would have been so much easier. In fact we were parked across the road asking Francesca on the phone for further instructions. Key collection - Told on the day before arrival we had to go to a letting agency in Portoferraio to pay the final balance and collect keys. No mention of this anywhere on Booking.com confirmation. Also could only pay part on our credit card the rest was in cash, which could have caused a problem and then asked for E20 per person in cash for towels and bedding which they relented on when we said this was not mentioned on Booking.com confirmation, which did mentioned the E150 security deposit surely it would be simple to mention this cost as well.
