private sandy beach.. GENTLY SLOPING - SEE PICTURES....
spend your afternoon on the beach, in water or read and relax while watching boaters on private beach minutes from the home
three blocks from spring lake country club WALK HOME AFTER RECEPTION, GOLF OUTING OR TOURNAMENT.
many excellent restaurants in spring lake within walking distance
for example - two tony's, village baker, idle hour, fuel bar & refuge and epicurean village with finn's chophouse & speakeasy
a full service supermarket is near by in spring lake and several supermarkets within grand haven
spring lake and grand haven host a farmer's market - currently twice a week on different days
spring lake has a children's splash park as well as dedicated play areas along the walking/bike trail in the city
spring lake township beach is three short blocks away with a life guard for designated hours each day, changing rooms during the season and a picnic pavilion parking is adjacent to the beach
a walking/bike route encircles spring lake (approximately 10 miles) and bicycle trail runs adjacent to m-104 into grand haven and connects with other state routes

cottage rents on a weekly (sat to sat) basis only

rental fee is paid in two installments:
1 25% OF FEE AT ACCEPTANCE OF RENTAL DATE.
2 BALANCE OF RENTAL FEE - SIXTY (60) DAYS BEFORE RENTAL WEEK.
cancellations within 60 days of rental week are not refunded unless another guest books the week
any deposit paid prior to 60 days will be refunded also, except that fees charged to owner by web site will be deducted
