Summary: We left 3 shopping bags in our hotel closet. The hotel reached out to me and assisted me with options to ship the bags to us. The manager went out of her way to pack the box for UPS to pick-up at their hotel to send to us. In my opinion,this was customer service well beyond her duties. Not to mention the honesty of the housekeeping staff. This is the third time we have stayed there and will continue to stay there in the future.
