guests have access to the entire condo The laundry room is coin-operated, and located at the end of the hallway, shared by other residents. The other hotel-style amenities are located in the Clubhouse and require your key/swipe card to enter. The key/swipe card is located in the drawer to the right of the kitchen sink.
please note that the door to the condo is wood so in the summer it swells Be sure to push hard to open it.
