Positive: The house is amazing! It's a quiet location, the house is simplistic and clean. It's large and comfy. The bed is more comfy than my bed at home. The house is really homey and made me feel very comfortable. It's the perfect halfway point for where I was traveling to and broke up my drive perfectly. I do this drive a lot and loved this house to where this house will be put on my saved list.
Negative: When the neighbors are watering their plants and have their sprinklers on, it's pointed directly at the door. I got soaking wet the two seconds I ran from opening the door when I had food delivered. Putting a partition over the screen or something, might help. There's a motion flood light in the front of the property, I think? Some light kept turning on outside at night. Just putting drapes up in the bedroom.
