Positive: We loved the location and rhe pools. We stayed here several years ago! The staff was attentive and friendly. We did have a problem with our room though which I will get into details in the next section
Negative: We had a ground floor room with a handicap bathroom since I I'm recovering for my broken ankle. The floor was dirty. My husband's feet were black. Also we spent one night there the next morning the toilet would not flush we called the front desk they got maintenance there but they took all day to try to fix it so we requested a new room which they probably got us a much better upgraded room so that resolved that problem
