Positive: Stunning location, almost magical feel to the cottage. Lovely private garden. Awesome fire. Very cosy and comfortable with great features and decor. Excellent facilities and lovely hosts. And so much wildlife too.

Negative: The bridleway to the property. So many potholes that couldn't be avoided. It's a shame as it detracts from the lovely lane taking you to the cottage.
