Positive: Room was clean and location is good. Quiet neighbourhood, 30min walk from old quarter.
Negative: Rooms was small for the price. Too expensive for what it is. It was already expensive ($35 per night) and we had to pay extra to check in early (10am). Host was nice and friendly but didn't explained much. No kitchen area and no chill area. So if you want to take takeaway you have to eat in your room. It's just one room with shared bathroom. Less expensive alternative in Hanoï.
