Summary: 1. Very convenient location - 5-min walk from Little India MRT station, temples are just round the corner. 2. Check-in through a camera (no one at the front desk to help with check in) - you are required to show your passport to the camera and identity card of your country. There is privacy security concern. 3. Random individuals come into the lobby at night (around 10 p.m.) while no one is on duty at the front desk just to use bathroom in the lobby (?!) 4. I stayed on G/F (the lobby level), the corridor and my room smelt musty. 5. I hoped they would have provided bath towels that looked newer and fresher - I used my own towels. 6. Shower curtain rod (without shower curtain) was moldy with black dots.
