Summary: Electronic key always has problem; I always beg them standing to open it while standing outside of my room. Restaurant people are always welcome and breakfast so delicious. Customer service, in general so week because I already ordered hotel shuttle before depart two days before but they didn’t even tell driver after arriving at the airport in the middle of night standing outside in cold weather; I waited for almost an hour until driver came
