The vast outdoor area features a heated pool, in-ground spa, built-in waterslide, grill, and 65” TV. Play a game of basketball or pickleball on your private, multi-use sports court. or practice your short game on the putting green. Play a game of corn hole, or relax on the lounge chairs around the pool! Too hot outside? Relax in the movie theatre, complete with a projector and surround sound.

q how far is the home from old town?
a For those not familiar with the area. Old Town is in the southernmost part of Scottsdale. Our home and most homes you are looking at in the area are about a 15 to 20-minute drive to Old Town. Most rentals in the Old Town area are condos or resort-style hotels.
q how does the pool heat work?
a If you request to have the pool heated, we begin the heating process 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival. We set the heat to 85 degrees. This does not mean the pool maintains that temperature during the colder season. The pool heat fee is applied to the entire stay.
q early check-in or late check-out?
a Check-in and out times are set to allow our cleaning and laundry staff time to get the house ready for the next guest. If you request either an early check-in or late check-out, fees may apply. Check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out is at 10 am.
