this home is located in the new section of ipcc, we think you will enjoy our back yard water oasis You will find it very close to many popular spots and popular events in the valley including the Coachella Valley Music Festival, Stage Coach Country Music Festival and equestrian events at the Empire Polo Fields and the Tennis Opens. We are also ten minutes to the La Quinta Resort and village. Many restaurants are all just a short distance from our home. Most restaurants deliver and have easy pick up.
